For reasons of safety and hygiene, underwear, socks, face mask, stockings, gloves and hats are not eligible for refund or exchange.
* No cosmetics can be returned once the seal on the outside is removed.
To Return an item in your order, simply create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through Return Portal below, and you will be emailed with a return label from us. Once you create a RMA, you must ship your package back within 1-5 business days.
You must apply for a return within 14 days of the delivery date. If your package exceeds our 14 days limit policy, we will have to return package back to you.

Simply attach the label and drop off your package at USPS location/dropbox Refund with label fee deduction will be processed within 1 to 3 days of receipt of your package, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been issued
RETURN LABEL FEE
Sokim Mode merchandise is sourced and selected to our overseas warehouse, and then shipped to the US location. With the logistic cost having significantly increased impacted by the inflation, we cannot avoid deducting shipping fee (on both trips) on all returns.
All returns will be deducted 8% of the purchased amount when returning. However, you have an option to choose to get store credit.
Please send back the unwanted merchandise at your cost, and you'll get a full amount of store credit. No shipping fee is refundable.

** All return packages should be in transit within 7 days from the return label is received. If failed to ship within 7 days, the return package will be processed as only store credit with 10% deduction of shipping/handling fee. No refund of original form of payment can be given if the return package arrives after 7 days.

- When we receive your package, we will process the refund within 7 business days and email you this transaction has taken place
- There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, hence if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
- Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item

You cannot cancel any items that are already at the “ Shipped by the Brand ” status. If your order has already shipped and cannot be modified, you may follow our return policy.
Refused packages are subject to a re-stocking fee of $15 which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Final sale / Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled without reference to shipping status.
We reserves the right to cancel orders anytime without reference to shipping status.
